The EPRF cylinder and EMMH-AS motor were engineered together as a matched hygienic system.
- 316L Stainless Steel Housing (1.4404): Corrosion Resistance Class 4—Festo's highest classification. Resists common cleaning agents and corrosive washdown conditions.
- IP69K Dual-Seal Technology: Two IP69K piston rod seals in series. A pressure equalization connection discharges air outside the food zone, preventing internal condensation.
- NSF-H1 Certified Grease: Approved for incidental food contact.
- Laser-Engraved Rating Plates: Labels degrade under washdown; engraving does not.
