What's New in LOGO! Soft Comfort V9
The engineering software has been completely updated:
- USB Deployment: No more DVD-ROMs; use the included USB stick for all OS installers.
- Cross-Platform: Runs natively on Windows, macOS, and Linux (including Apple Silicon/ARM).
- Integrated Web Editor: Programming, simulation, and web visualization in one tool—no more switching between separate apps.
- Backward Compatibility: Existing programs convert and transfer cleanly to protect your prior engineering investment.
The New LOGO! TDE Display
Need more screen space? The new LOGO! TDE offers a 4.3" color touch display (480×272 px) for mounting directly on an enclosure door. It supports images, custom text, and corporate branding.
Note: The LOGO! TDE is designed specifically for LOGO! 9 and is not compatible with previous generations.
Migration Notes
Programs carry over perfectly, but hardware does not. LOGO! 8 expansion modules are not compatible with LOGO! 9 Base Modules and will need to be replaced. Communication modules, however, remain compatible.
