Prerequisites
Students must be computer competent. It is beneficial if the student is familiar
with SCADA networks and basic security concepts, such as PLC's/RTU's, data
communications networks, HMI's, alarming and notification, control room
procedures, and security requirements.
Class Description
This course is designed to help familiarize integrators, application engineers
and technical support staff with an in-depth discussion of the Longwatch Video
Surveillance System. During this intense two-day class, students will get deep
into the architecture of the product, the physical installation and the
configuration and tuning of the software. Scenarios of different customer
networks and protocols are demonstrated and discussed.
