Training Instructor


Scope:
Organize, establish and supervise the EandM customer training department http://www.eandm.com/eandm/training.asp.  Training courses are focused on Siemens programmable controllers and Wonderware software products. Primary responsibilities include managing, coordinating and developing training activities as well as assisting in business policy and strategy development on training issues.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate availability of course equipment and material.
• Promote training.
• Develop and maintain course schedule.
• Update training courses.
• Develop new training courses.
• Maintain course equipment.
• Give training courses.

Specific duties:
• Give training courses.
• Schedule courses with customers.
• Negotiate course dates and contents with customers.
• Maintain a schedule of planned courses.
• Propose new courses and maintain course material current with the latest products.
• Plan required resources to deliver courses.
• Coordinate course material and equipment preparation.

Education:
Engineering degree required

Experience:
Knowledge of control systems, automation and manufacturing. Experience with PLC’s or HMI is important. Experience in technical training an asset.

Specific skills:
Good communicator, interpersonal and organizational skills.
 

Account Executive


Qualifications:
• Previous technical sales experience with demonstrable results
• Prior use / experience with EandM products (a plus)
• Understand HMI / Industrial software market

Responsibilities:
• Assume territory responsibility with quota sales of all EandM offerings
• Manage End User, SI and OEM accounts
• Promote, participate, and assist in marketing functions in territory
• Request / organize / manage company resources to achieve sales targets
• Achieve growth in sales as measured in gross sales and number of customers
